Given the remote environment and the possibility for this requirement to be extended until the time to actually beginning research remains top of mind for me. Many of the online meeting platforms can be used to assist with interviewing participants or facilitating focus groups, however, there is nothing like in person interaction and it requires skilled facilitation. Timing and online meeting fatigue plays a role with securing participants for the study if launched during the pandemic, although I more concerned about research design and process than the availability of research participants (Bloomberg & Volpe, 2018)._x000D_
I am contemplating the usage of both the Human Styles Questionnaire and the Human Climate Questionnaire along as an adjunct to semi structured interviews, which seems to be a similar approach that you will use for your research (Cann et al. 2014; Martin et al.2003). With respect to tone and facial expressions, would recording the online exchange suffice as long as participants provide informed consent? Interviewers often record interviews and transcribe the recorded interview, so I imagine the same latitude is given as long as there is informed consent. What are your thoughts?_x000D_
