The paper must include an overview of the organization (e.g., company name, headquarters location, why was the change needed, when the system was changed, what was the software-driven system). In addition, the paper must discuss the factors that contributed to the ineffective or failed change. Lastly, the paper must discuss how the change failure could have been turned into a success. Remember, the paper should not reflect opinions about the failure or success, but scholarly, factual material obtained from your research about the factors associated with change failures and successes._x000D_
