The patient is a 67 year old female who was diagnosis of cerebral infarction due to occlusion or stenosis of small artery. Patient has medical history of essential (primary) hypertension, atherosclerosis, and general muscle weakness. Patient is experiencing a Left side weakness and a risk for fall. Patient uses front wheel walker for mobility and require an assistance with transfer._x000D_
