Research and theory can teach us much about a particular topic, but nothing helps us understand the theory better than seeing it in practice. That’s where case studies come into play, and that is the reason you will complete a case study analysis. As you research case studies that show us what change looks like in practice, you will see what leadership did, what practices they implemented, the lessons learned, and be able to see the results of those change initiatives, whether good or bad._x000D_
